Terms & Conditions
1) Scope & Definitions
These Terms apply to all WLTH Earn-to-Own campaigns, past and future. Specific campaign details (such as prize pool, company, and timeline) are published separately on the corresponding Campaign Page within the WLTH App or website.
Definitions:
WLTH / We / Us: WLTH Corp and its affiliates operating wlth.xyz and the WLTH App.
Campaign: Any Earn-to-Own promotional event announced by WLTH.
Missions / Quests: Tasks available to participants (social, referral, on-chain, quiz, etc.). Quests are groups of missions.
Compulsory Missions: Minimum free missions required to qualify for early access to future investment campaigns.
XP: Experience points awarded for completing missions, referrals, and other activities. Determines leaderboard position.
Verified Referral: A referred user who (i) is unique, (ii) registers with one verified social account
Verified Referral Plus: A referred user who (i) is unique, (ii) registers with one verified social account, and (iii) connects a wallet staking ≥ $99 WLTH at the time of verification.
Verified Referral Max: A referred user who (i) is unique, (ii) registers with one verified social account, and (iii) connects a wallet staking ≥ $99 WLTH at the time of verification, and (iv) referred user has completed any 3 EtO missions.
Reward / Prize: Any allocation of tokenised Pre-IPO equity or related WLTH-sponsored reward described on a Campaign Page.
2) Eligibility
Open to any individual aged 18 or older, regardless of location or jurisdiction, provided participation does not violate local laws applicable to the participant.
WLTH encourages global participation but each user is responsible for ensuring their local compliance with any applicable regulations.
WLTH employees, contractors, and campaign administrators are excluded from participating.
3) Participation
Joining any EtO campaign is free. No purchase or investment is required.
To participate, users must:
Register an account on the WLTH App or website.
Connect a compatible wallet.
Complete one or more missions as listed.
XP accumulates as missions are completed. WLTH may adjust XP mechanics or mission weighting at any time to ensure fairness.
4) XP, Leaderboard & Rewards
XP System: XP values per action (e.g., referrals, missions, streaks) are published in the official XP Table. WLTH may introduce bonuses or multipliers during campaigns.
Leaderboard: Participants are ranked by verified XP at the end of each campaign. WLTH may break ties by timestamp or other fair criteria.
Rewards:
Prizes consist exclusively of tokenised Pre-IPO equity allocations (“Slices”) tied to WLTH investment opportunities.
No WLTH token, stablecoin, or cash payouts are offered under EtO. However, the awarded Slices are immediately tradable on the WLTH Marketplace at the owner’s discretion, as all collections are already live within the app.
The first-ranked participant typically receives 10% of the prize pool, with rewards cascading down to a minimum guaranteed prize.
WLTH may vary the prize structure from campaign to campaign.
5) Verification & Anti-Abuse
WLTH employs automated and manual verification methods, including on-chain checks, device and behavioral analytics, and AI-assisted fraud detection.
Verification may continue for up to 1 week after a campaign concludes.
Any participant found engaging in prohibited behavior (multi-accounting, self-referrals, false proofs, automation, or Sybil activity) may be disqualified and banned from future campaigns.
6) Reward Distribution
All valid rewards are distributed after XP is finalized following the campaign’s close.
Tokenised equity allocations (“Slices”) will be airdropped directly to winners’ connected wallets on Base or another supported network.
WLTH may deliver in batches to ensure accurate settlement but aims to complete all distributions promptly post-campaign.
XP are non-transferable, but all awarded Slices are freely transferable and tradable on the WLTH Marketplace from the moment they are received.
WLTH reserves the right to substitute or adjust rewards in equivalent value if technical or legal constraints arise.
7) Taxes & Legal Compliance
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, declarations, or filings resulting from receiving rewards.
WLTH may withhold or report values as required by applicable law.
Distribution of tokenised equity may be subject to jurisdictional investment regulations; participants must ensure they meet eligibility standards.
8) Privacy & Data Use
WLTH collects necessary personal, device, social, and on-chain data to operate and secure campaigns.
Data is processed under the WLTH Privacy Policy and is never shared with any third parties. WLTH does not sell, rent, or disclose user data to any external service or partner.
9) Intellectual Property & Content
Participants grant WLTH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content (posts, media, mission results) for marketing or verification.
Participants must not submit infringing, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading material.
10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
WLTH provides EtO campaigns “as is”, with no guarantees of uninterrupted access, continued operation, or reward value.
WLTH is not responsible for network outages, blockchain congestion, or third-party platform issues (e.g., X/Twitter algorithm changes).
Maximum WLTH liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the participant’s awarded reward.
11) Modifications & Termination
WLTH may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions are posted on https://docs.wlth.xyz/earn-to-own/terms-and-conditions
Material changes during an active campaign will be communicated through official WLTH channels.
WLTH may suspend or cancel any campaign for fraud, legal, or technical reasons.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Panama City, Panama.
